About the Role At Talent 360, HR is more than a support function—it’s our core business. As an HR Advisor, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, advise business leaders, and deliver people solutions that make a real impact across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. What You’ll Do Act as the main HR contact for assigned client accounts and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding. Guide clients on HR policies, best practices, and labor law compliance. Handle employee relations matters professionally, confidentially, and with sound judgment. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment needs and workforce planning.…
