About this role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry . π Location: Masr El Gedida, Cairo Key Responsibilities: β’ Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions. β’ Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels. β’ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs. β’ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. β’ Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency. Requirements 1β2 years of experience in recruitment. Proven experience hiring blue-collar roles. Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is a must. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.β¦
