Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation providers. Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and import/export paperwork. Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders accordingly. Assist in planning and optimizing logistics routes and schedules. Track inventory movements and support warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports as needed. Resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
