About this role
• Design and manage the annual M&E plan and ensure regular monitoring and evaluation of program activities. • Monitor program progress and measure effectiveness against proposed process, output, and outcome indicators. • Implement MEL functions and activities in line with the organization’s programs. • Work closely with implementing partners to monitor achievements and ensure compliance with MEL requirements. • Participate in project planning and strategy sessions and provide recommendations for improving program design and implementation. • Review partners’ M&E plans, log frames, and action/work plans. • Support the identification and development of potential partnerships to achieve program targets.…
