Lendlease Singapore is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager, who will be responsible for leasing in Parkway Parade (retail) including replacing non-performing tenants and renewals of leases and contributing to the desired tenancy mix. Responsibilities: To work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that the office and mall are fully leased at all times whilst achieving budget rents.
