About this role
As a Business Analyst II on Compassion’s Finance Center of Excellence team, you will play a key role in supporting finance-wide projects, processes, governance, and reporting that help leaders make informed decisions and prioritize work that brings the greatest value to the ministry. This role combines project coordination, business process analysis, reporting, stakeholder facilitation, and operational support to ensure finance initiatives are aligned, sustainable, and effective. Working across global f inance teams, you will help manage project resource capacity and prioritizatio n, maintain capacity and operational reporting, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and support continuous process improvement efforts.…
