JOB SUMMARY
The Production Department Machine Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Machine Department, with responsibility that may include manual, CNC and grinding processes. This position will lead a highly experienced and professional team to meet our customer goals. This position will work alongside a professional management group in the short- and long-term planning needs of production output, staffing, equipment, technology, quality, and training.
