About this role
Manages infrastructure operations for application teams including hardware, networking, virtual infrastructure, server and VM configurations and storage. Provides support to application teams for these areas and ensures that they are properly maintained. More senior roles act as liaisons between application teams and other operations teams, such as data center operations, infrastructure teams and sgl dba teams. What You’ll Do: Creates and manages Virtual Machines. Works with Development teams to create and manage server configurations. Manages storage volume deployments. Promptly responds to help requests from Development teams; responds to and solves system alerts. Automates routine tasks, such as patching, service restarts and data volume refreshes.…
