Job Overview The Assistant Maintenance Manager, BLVD Haley, a luxury high-rise lease-up community in the heart of Reston, VA, supports the daily operations and leadership of the engineering and maintenance team. This role is responsible for helping ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of building systems and equipment while delivering best-in-class service to residents. Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, the Assistant Maintenance Manager helps oversee the property’s maintenance program, coordinate repairs, and support the goal of maintaining 100% uptime in all building operations.
