Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems and common areas within the shopping mall. This role ensures the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing for tenants, customers, and staff by performing preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, and supporting building operations. #weshowup
Key Responsibilities
Building Maintenance Perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical equipment.
