About this role
Reporting to the Recruiting Team Lead, you will serve as a consultative partner to Hiring Managers at our manufacturing plants, helping attract and hire qualified talent for high-volume hourly roles across our Supply Chain teams. You will cultivate strong business relationships, understand workforce needs, and manage searches throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. You will also build candidate pipelines to support ongoing staffing demands and contribute to projects that enhance how we attract and engage talent. You will work onsite at either our Maple Grove, Minnesota, or Waterloo, Iowa, manufacturing plant up to five days per week.…
