Summary Reporting to Chief Administrative Officer or designee, the Director of CHMG Hospital Based Practices is accountable for the operational performance of assigned provider groups, including Adult Hospitalists, Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Hospitalists, and Palliative Care. The Director partners with appropriate provider leaders within the dyad structure to achieve performance goals. Collaborates with other hospital and health system leaders to support optimal patient flow throughout the system, with particular attention on access, throughput, quality of care, and patient experience. Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or Masters degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience.…
