Summary The Organizational Development Consultant Senior leads the design and implementation of system-level projects. The OD Consultant Senior works as a trusted senior advisor to all levels of management. This position is expected to exercise independent judgement to identify, analyze, develop, implement and maintain numerous OD projects across the system. The OD Consultant Senior teaches, guides, and coaches others to effectively facilitate change and organizational performance. This position mentor’s other members of the OD team.
