About The Role The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and infrastructure of a chilled water plant. They will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for the reliability and efficiency of operations. What You’ll Do Assigning daily work/tasks to maintenance staff and providing guidance on task completion. Responsible for maintaining maintenance KPI to ZT standards (MTBF, MTTR, PM completions, Downtime reports, Slack time reports and project status Scheduling repairs and PM schedules with production leadership Maintaining inventory min/max levels Working with mechanical contractors for rebuilds Critiquing and improving SOPs to increase maintenance performance.…
