About The Role We are seeking a forward-thinking Staff Facility Engineer to oversee the performance, efficiency, and reliability of our central chiller plant, facility-wide environmental monitoring systems, and BAS/BMS. This role is focused on optimizing operations, identifying potential issues before they impact performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The Facility Engineer will serve as a technical advisor, coordinating with internal stakeholders, service providers, and contractors to deliver reliable facility operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be based at our NJ location, however, will provide similar support to our Texas facility as well.…
