About The Role We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing network. This role will drive cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence, quality improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), KPI standardization, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects across multiple global sites. Implement and standardize RCA and CAPA processes to improve problem-solving effectiveness.
