About this role

The Creator Success Manager for our ShopYourLikes UK division is a key role focused on the growth of our Creator base, and the key link between our advertisers' objectives and the performance of our creators. Success in this role is measured by new creator and creator agency acquisition based on our Ideal Customer Profile, key creator experience, retention rate, and agency referrals. The ideal candidate will have experience in social commerce and creator management from micro to macro, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. This is a high impact role requiring an individual who can strategically balance and also nurture the commercial side of creator and agency relationships.…
