Would you always pick Eggs Royale over lambs rump with potato gratin? Are you a true breakfast fanatic and a great chef? We're on the lookout for a breakfast chef at The Lobby Nesplein. About the job As a Breakfast Chef you are co-responsible for preparing and serving dishes according to recipe during breakfast and lunch at The Lobby Nesplein with 75 seats. You will report to the Chef and are involved in the creation of the menu. You will further be involved in ensuring, improving and upholding the quality and service of The Lobby.
