Job Summary An Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for overseeing and analyzing a company’s accounts receivable to ensure timely customer payments and the accuracy of financial records. This role includes proactively monitoring receivable aging, leading collection efforts related to joint interest billing activities and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve past-due accounts. Additional responsibilities include reconciling and applying payments, responding to customer inquiries, and generating financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
