About this role
The Construction Security Surveillance (CSS) Instructor is responsible for developing and delivering classroom and practical training for Construction Security Surveillance personnel supporting U.S. Government construction projects. The instructor prepares students to identify security vulnerabilities, detect hostile intelligence activities, and ensure compliance with Department of State (DOS) and company security requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction security, protective security operations, overseas contingency environments, or U.S. Government security programs, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
