About this role

We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire Readiness and Response Operators to support vehicle readiness, field response, and fleet operations for its public-facing autonomous vehicle service. In this role, you'll prepare vehicles for daily service, respond to on-road recovery events, support riders, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain fleet safety, quality, and uptime. You'll also support vehicle logistics, remote vehicle movement, and new market launch activities as needed. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working in fast-paced field environments.
