About this role

The primary function of the Continence Care Specialist is to deliver sustainable territory growth through effective engagement with clinical and commercial stakeholders across community and acute care settings. The role is responsible for driving product adoption through education, training, formulary implementation, pathway development, and the successful pull-through of approved initiatives. Th e Continence Care Speciali st plays a critical role in translating strategic formulary, pathway and partnership gains into sustainable business growth through stakeholder engagement, account management, clinical education and the effective implementation of agreed business plans.
