Role Overview The Sr. Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for implementing, operating, and improving cloud platforms and services across AWS and Azure. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable cloud solutions, supporting operational activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Cloud Operations. About Role Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure and services following established architecture and security standards. Support operational activities, including incident troubleshooting and resolution. Participate in major incident response and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA).
