The engineering team is small and deliberately so. There are no product managers, no designer handoffs, no tickets waiting for someone else to prioritise. Engineers own the full distance from customer problem to working software, and that proximity to the product is exactly what makes this role interesting. You'll report directly to Maarten, our CTO.
