Compliance Program Manager – AML – Madrid We are looking for a motivated and experienced Compliance Program Manager who will act as Convera’s Compliance Officer for its Spanish operations. In this role, you will help promote a strong compliance culture across Convera by ensuring that an effective compliance program is in place, enabling employees to make informed, risk-based decisions as they execute their business plans. This is a high-impact, hands-on role within Convera’s Payments Compliance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically implementing the AML program, identifying and managing market conduct and financial crime risks, and partnering closely with Convera’s leadership team.…
