Du sorgst für ein einheitliches, serviceorientiertes Office Management, optimierst Prozesse, steuerst externe Dienstleister und entwickelst moderne Workplace-Konzepte weiter. Zudem treibst du unsere ESG-Initiativen aktiv voran und wirkst an der nachhaltigen Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens mit. Die Position erfordert deine Präsenz im Kölner Office sowie eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 %, um unsere internationalen Standorte zu besuchen, lokale Teams zu unterstützen und Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern zu pflegen.…
