Location: Calmont Operations Building Department: Utilization Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Responsible for supervising/ coaching/ mentoring STAR/ CHIP/ or STAR Kids workgroups (Pods) comprised of UM/ECM RN and support staff to achieve department goals and objectives. Acts as process owner and subject matter expert for program benefits and long term supports and services (LTSS).
