We are seeking a hands-on Site Human Resources Manager who can combine strategic thinking, strong shop-floor proximity and proven labor relations expertise. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will bring both a strong people perspective and sound employee relations expertise to key site decisions. You will partner closely with operational leaders, support organizational change, and maintain a visible presence among managers, employees and shop-floor teams. A central part of your role will be to lead constructive social dialogue and a demanding employee relations agenda covering CSE, CSEC, CSSCT, NAO and collective bargaining agreements.…
