About this role

Voor ons prachtige thuiszorg domein Zorg in de Wijk zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s voor de functie van Ergotherapeut! Als ergotherapeut bij Cordaan Zorg in de Wijk ben jij de specialist die (kwetsbare) ouderen ondersteunt bij het uitvoeren van dagelijkse activiteiten in hun eigen thuisomgeving. In samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team van zorgprofessionals zorg jij ervoor dat cliënten langer veilig thuis kunnen wonen en draag je bij aan het bieden van zorg die aansluit bij hun behoeften.
