Senior Accountant / Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of accounting activities, including but not limited to reviewing source documents, preparing journal entries, and maintaining general and subsidiary ledgers. Perform timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures. Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) and provide insights and recommendations to management. Manage daily operations for accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. Prepare work for tax filings, collaborate with external accountants/tax advisors, and ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
