SUMMARY The Inspector is responsible for performing inspection work in petroleum and petrochemical terminals, refineries, and aboard ships and barges. The role involves quantification, sampling, and supervision of petroleum products, chemical goods, and lubricating oils in accordance with industry standards and guidelines established by API and Saybolt. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Measure and quantify liquid crude oil, petroleum products, chemical goods, and lubricating oils based on ship measurements. Determine the quantity of goods using draft surveys. Assess the amount of oil residues, petroleum products, chemical goods, and lubricating oils remaining on a vessel after discharge.
