About this role
- The Operations Analyst is a key contributor to the Delegated Authority & Underwriting Controls team, reporting to the AVP Operations. This role is focused on automating manual workflows, improving data quality operations, and supporting the Delegated Authority Data Modernization initiative. The Operations Analyst works across program onboarding, bordereaux processing, and QA validation to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency. A critical component of this position is coordinating with key Delegated Authority stakeholders to document and standardize essential business processes. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, writes code to solve operational problems, and can move between data querying, scripting, and business process analysis.…
