About this role
Role Purpose • CPO NPI development and technological research supervisor. Key Responsibilities • NPI activities from proto-type to mass production. Project management, leadership and yield improvement. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning, and supply chain. • Develop and manage NPI project schedules, milestones, and deliverables (On Time Delivery). • Ensure product builds are completed on time and meet quality, cost, and manufacturability targets. • Review BOM, process flow, SOP, and engineering changes for production readiness. • Drive trial runs, pilot builds, line setup & product qualification. • Identify and resolve issues related to technology, process, materials science, fixture(tooling) design, and yield improvement.…
