Role Purpose Cooperation with related department and give necessary support on vendor scouring and all purchasing related activities to ensue on time execution and quality products that could meet or exceed internal/external customer’s expectations to ensure business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Be responsible for purchasing, qualification, RFQ, commercial negotiate for appointed raw materials & products. • Communicate with suppliers for updated purchase information such as price, payment terms, lead-time and so on. • Follow up suppliers on order acknowledgement, delivery plan and shipping schedule so that materials and products ordered could arrive on time and in time. • Support planner to well control material inventory value and level.…
