Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract basis within our Travelcard division. This position falls under our Vehicle Payments line of business and is based in our Almere office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers with inquiries. You will also support the sales team with the implementation and onboarding of new customers and contracts. We are looking for a customer-oriented, proactive go-getter who easily engages with customers. You are decisive and highly skilled at analyzing customer needs and translating them into concrete solutions. Your proactive approach will pleasantly surprise customers.…
