We’re looking for a proactive and persistent Credit Controller to manage rental arrears across our residential property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, acts decisively and understands the importance of minimising financial risk while maintaining professional tenant relationships. If you thrive on resolving challenging accounts, identifying potential risks and turning outstanding balances into successful recoveries, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Responsible For Proactively manage and recover outstanding rental payments and tenant balances through consistent follow-ups and effective collection strategies.
