Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant I Performs responsible work assisting clients, living at home, with activities of daily living. Distinguishing Features of the Class An employee in this class is responsible for providing personal care and home management to older adults, in accordance with a plan of care, who need assistance in order to prevent institutionalization. Work generally requires the employee to assist with bathing, basic cleaning, laundry, errands, transportation and preparing light meals. Respite for caregivers may also be provided in accordance with a plan of care. Work is performed under the regular supervision of the CNA Coordinator with clinical supervision provided by the RN Case Managers.…
