About this role

Compensation Range $22.93 - $29.35 -- Job Description Summary Serves as the initial engagement point for the Division of Child Welfare. Greets visitors in a courteous, efficient manner, with a focus on customer success. Answers general questions and helps customers. Works collaboratively with, and provides clerical and other support to, other members of the Child Welfare team. Primary location will be at the Chase/Annex building, but employee may perform work at one of the other satellite offices when required. Reliable, predictable, attendance Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Reliable, predictable, attendance within designated scheduled hours.
