Compensation Range $80,142.40 - $108,180.80 -- Job Description Summary This position oversees a Case Management Agency (CMA) team and coordinates all the functions of the Long-Term Care Waivers and State General Funds programs according to contract and program regulations. Responsible for the direct supervision and development of Case Management Agency staff and ensures that performance standards are met as identified statutes, regulations, and contract guidelines. Work location will primarily be in the Greeley Office; however, may travel to meeting locations throughout the state and attend national conferences. Reliable, predictable attendance within department business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work may involve time away from a standard office environment.…
