Compensation Range $26.56 - $34.53 -- Job Description Summary The Colorado Works Case Manager I will learn to provide case management by directing and coordinating services that prepare Colorado Works participants for employment or services for long-term stability. Works closely with the community to include employers, partner agencies and educational institutions to develop resources that can assist participants in obtaining and maintaining self-sufficiency. Primary office location is in Ft Lupton. This position also requires regular travel to Greeley, and occasional travel to Del Camino. Reliable, predictable attendance within department business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is required to be in-person with a possibility for limited telework.…
