About this role

關於團隊 FinTech UX 團隊負責打造 Coupang 生態系中的直覺化、值得信賴且具可擴展性的金融服務體驗。我們的使命是透過建立卓越的支付體驗，幫助顧客輕鬆且安心地完成付款，進一步消除電商流程中的各種摩擦與障礙。作為台灣支付（Taiwan Payments）團隊的資深產品設計師（Staff Product Designer），您將負責規劃並推動關鍵支付體驗的設計策略與執行，涵蓋整個顧客旅程。您將與產品管理、工程、資料科學、商務、營運、風險管理、法務合規及行銷團隊密切合作，共同定義台灣支付服務的未來藍圖。這是一個高度策略性的個人貢獻者（Individual Contributor, IC）職位，適合能夠親自參與設計工作、善於面對不確定性、影響產品發展方向，並創造實質商業與客戶價值的設計領導者。【工作內容】 • 主導台灣支付產品與體驗的端到端設計流程，從策略制定、設計執行到後續優化。 • 定義使用者體驗（UX）願景，影響產品策略，並規劃支付體驗發展藍圖（Roadmap）。 • 設計流暢且值得信賴的支付旅程，涵蓋結帳流程（Checkout）、電子錢包（Wallet）、身份驗證（Authentication）及未來金融科技產品。 • 領導具高度不確定性的 0→1 創新專案，打造全新的支付體驗，創造客戶與商業價值。 • 將使用者洞察、商業目標、技術限制及法規要求轉化為直覺且易用的產品體驗。 • 透過使用者研究、數據分析、產品實驗及市場洞察，發掘機會並推動可衡量的商業成果。 • 定義成功指標，持續改善轉換率（Conversion）、支付成功率、產品採用率及顧客信任度。 • 建立可擴展的設計框架、設計模式（Design Patterns）及支付體驗相關 UX 標準。 • 與產品、工程、資料科學、風險管理、法務、合規及商業團隊緊密合作，交付高品質解決方案，並影響組織層級決策。…
