Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry. Participates in the interviewing, onboarding, orientation and training of new clinical staff in collaboration with IMG leadership. Assists with oversight of clinical competency completion and adherence. Maintains clinical scheduling and timekeeping. Acts as practice point person in absence of Practice Operations Manager. Evaluates and conducts performance appraisals for clinical support staff in collaboration with IMG leadership. Evaluates effectiveness of current workflows and represents the department with suggested improvements for changes to enhance achievement of practice objectives to optimize patient flow, communication and follow up care.…
