Job Summary: The Senior Clinician serves as a positive role model to all unit clinicians; provides individual clinical supervision and weekly group supervision; completes monthly chart audits; serves as the liaison between unit clinicians and members of the management team; ensures hospital policies and protocols; manages a caseload of patients with psychiatric and/ or chemical dependency diagnosis, and their families, as part of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, as identified by unit/staff needs.
