About this role

This position is responsible to work with residents needing restorative measures to improve or maintain their highest level of function according to Standards of Practice set by the facility. Follows plans set by Therapy and Nursing. This position reports directly to the Director of Staff Development or Director of Nursing. The position works closely with Therapy, who is responsible for teaching and monitoring those techniques that are beyond the scope of Restorative Nursing and works with the Restorative Nurse to perform basic skills and techniques within the scope of a Certified Nursing Assistant.
