About this role

We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us! The Lead Dining Services Server is accountable for providing prompt, courteous service to all residents and guests in the dining room during meal times. The Lead Dining Services Server will perform serving, cleaning, hospitality, and waiting / bussing tables. Will service the Dining Room, as well as meetings and other special events requiring dining services. May also prepare salads and desserts as directed. In addition to standard Dining Room services, the Lead Server will also be accountable to providing training to other team members, assist in onboarding new hires, provide general work direction, and be a resource for questions from other team members.…
