Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry. Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager, Director, and Senior Nursing Director with performance improvement plans and progressive discipline as needed, mentoring staff for self-improvement. Performs clinically, as directed by department manager and/or director to meet the demands of the unit and patient care. Develops an overall view of patients, families and caregivers, and establishes strong partnerships with them to deliver optimal care.
