Shape the content experience behind every great product experience What if the right documentation could make every Coveo product easier to understand, implement, and use? As Manager, Documentation & Content, you’ll lead an experienced team of eight technical writers responsible for one of Coveo’s most visible product surfaces: our documentation and product content. Your focus will be on people and delivery leadership: developing writers, setting clear priorities, managing capacity and tradeoffs, and strengthening partnerships across Product and Engineering. You’ll also help evolve our approach to user experience content and continuously improve the documentation experience.…
