What We Offer • Monitor and continually improve plant reliability to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency, availability, and OEE targets; apply understanding of plant/production processes to identify and evaluate process improvement and modification opportunities in collaboration with Process Technology and Production teams. • Lead multi-discipline root cause failure analysis (RCFA/RCA) for significant or recurring failures and develop predictive and preventive maintenance plans to eliminate loss recurrence.…
