Location SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The Albanus Lab in the Department of Neurology is searching for a Bioinformaticist. The successful candidate will independently lead projects integrating multi-omics (single-cell RNA- and ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics) and genetics to understand the biology of human aging, with a focus on neurodegenerative diseases and personalized medicine. The candidate will lead research projects in the lab with full independence and provide support for collaborations, grant reporting, and computational infrastructure.
