Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary This position within the Department of Psychiatry is responsible for providing clinical office support which includes greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits and referrals, collecting co-payments, answering incoming patient phone calls, and medication prior authorizations. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Greets patients, assisting with form completion; verifies accuracy of patient’s insurance and demographic information; provides HIPAA forms, consent-to-treat forms and other necessary clinic forms.
